Equus Capital Partners has completed over 3,600,000 million square feet of speculative and build-to-suit industrial product in the Mid-Atlantic region of Interstate 81 and continues to be the largest developer and owner of institutional-grade industrial warehouse in the region. Equus is currently under construction with 3 buildings along I-81 totaling 1,250,000 SF and owns entitled land on which the firm can construct an additional 1,190,000 SF. Over the past several years, Equus has negotiated leases with companies such as Mercury Paper, Rubbermaid, Home Depot, Fiat-Chrysler, McKesson, Clorox, and Procter & Gamble and continues to be recognized as the most capable and successful private equity development firm in the region.
Equus is now breaking ground on two major Class A distribution facilities in Martinsburg, West Virginia and adjacent to the Virginia Inland Port in Front Royal, Virginia. The projects are currently available for prelease and substantial completion is scheduled for early Spring 2022. These projects represent the top available logistics & distribution space along the Interstate 81 corridor.
